| Evacuated Tube Solar Collectors are the very latest Solar Collectors for Solar Hot Water Heating. These specially designed collectors are highly efficient, freeze protected, and durable enough to stand up to most weather conditions (including nickel sized hail).
Unlike traditional flat plate solar collectors, Evacuated Tube Solar Collectors are a number of individual glass, vacuum sealed tubes that are combined together via a frame and manifold to form a single Solar Collector. Most Standard Solar Collectors are made of 20 or 25 individual Tubes, and any number of Collectors can be combined together for a larger array much like with traditional Solar Electric (PV) Panels.
